We had the pleasure of holding the Carbon Trading Game as a corporate training event for Swire Group and Cathay Pacific in 2013 and 2014 respectively.  Cathay Pacific is the flag carrier of Hong Kong and is involved with a carbon offsetting program. Swire Group is a diversified conglomerate that controls a large range of businesses across the world and has integrated sustainability into their business and management practices.

The game was an opportunity for corporate leaders who originate from all corners of the world to engage in, and comprehend the widespread urgency for environmental protection and stewardship. For the occasion, we introduced new roles that range from media mogul to special agents. With hard work and dedication from the Teng Hoi team, the game proved to be a success as we were inspired by the overwhelming positive response from participants.  

We firmly believe in the potential of the Carbon Trading Game. Our experience at Swire and Cathay Pacific has shown that the game is truly diverse in nature and can be applied to any scale. In this way, it can help people of all ages and all professions understand the fundamental concepts of climate change and carbon emission. The passionate discussion which resulted from the game added a sense of optimism and purpose to our cause. We see these dialogues as a force to spread the possibility of prioritizing global conservation efforts for the sustainable development of our world.
